The Windmill is the building for milling Biscuit Flour. The first mill is available to be build upon upgrading the Castle to level 3, the second becomes available from the Build list for Buildings upon reaching castle level 7. The building starts with 3 queue slots. Biscuit Flour is stored in stacks of 50, and can be sold for 20 coins each, or 1,000 coins for a full stack.
It is the fourth production building for every kingdom and its materials are used in relatively few recipes. Until gaining Castle lv.9, it's not necessary to ever keep more than three stacks of 50. Upon building the Barrel Inn, this changes slightly and keeping an eye on production is advisable from that point on.
Biscuit Flour is the first material where time and coins for producing 3 or 9 at once costs the same relatively. This means that, unless you are in a rush to get 3, it is easiest to simply produce sacks instead of singles.
